Completion Intelligence

Frac Data Analyst

Transform high-frequency hydraulic fracturing data into operational insight, treatment diagnostics, and clear performance intelligence for completion teams.

Remote · Worldwide Flexible Hours Completion Intelligence

About the Role

LADFAH is seeking a Frac Data Analyst to support completion intelligence workflows using real-time and historical hydraulic fracturing data.

You will analyze treatment pressure, rate, proppant concentration, stage performance, downtime, pumping behavior, and operational events to help completion teams understand what is happening during stimulation and where performance can improve.

The role is fully remote. Work from anywhere with flexible hours designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Remote by Design

Work from anywhere with flexible hours designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. We focus on clear communication, dependable collaboration, and measurable outcomes rather than physical location.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze frac stage data including treating pressure, slurry rate, clean rate, proppant concentration, fluid volumes, and pumping schedules.
  • Identify anomalies, operational delays, screenout indicators, pressure-response changes, and stage-to-stage performance differences.
  • Build repeatable analytical workflows and dashboards for completion performance review.
  • Support benchmarking across wells, pads, crews, stages, and treatment designs.
  • Work with engineers and data teams to improve data quality, event classification, and operational context.
  • Translate complex time-series data into concise technical findings and actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in petroleum engineering, completions, data analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic fracturing operations and common stimulation parameters.
  • Strong analytical skills with time-series data, spreadsheets, SQL, Python, or BI tools.
  • Ability to distinguish data-quality issues from genuine operational behavior.
  • Clear technical communication and disciplined documentation habits.
  • Experience with frac analytics, completions databases, or real-time treatment systems is advantageous.
