About the Role
LADFAH is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and scale the infrastructure supporting our enterprise software and AI workloads.
You will work across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, observability, automation, platform reliability, and deployment workflows. The role connects software engineering, data engineering, AI/MLOps, and enterprise infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Design, provision, and maintain scalable infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise software, APIs, data services, and AI/ML workloads.
- Manage containerized services using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code workflows using tools such as Terraform or equivalent technologies.
- Implement observability, logging, alerting, deployment health checks, and reliability controls.
- Partner with software, data, and AI teams to streamline release, model deployment, and operational support.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a closely related role.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform and familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid architecture.
- Hands-on experience with containers and production-grade orchestration.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and scripting.
- Working knowledge of security, secrets management, identity, networking, and production monitoring.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
