About the Role
LADFAH is looking for a Junior Completions Data Analyst who is curious, structured, and motivated to grow at the intersection of engineering and data.
You will help prepare, validate, organize, and visualize completion datasets while supporting more experienced analysts and engineers with stage-level and well-level performance analysis.

What You Will Do
- Clean, organize, and quality-check completion and stimulation datasets.
- Prepare repeatable reports, charts, and dashboard-ready data for engineering review.
- Assist with stage-by-stage performance comparisons and operational event classification.
- Support investigation of missing values, inconsistent timestamps, unit mismatches, and other data-quality issues.
- Maintain clear documentation for data transformations, definitions, and analytical workflows.
- Work with senior analysts to automate recurring reporting and improve completion data pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical foundation in engineering, data science, analytics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Interest in oil & gas completions, stimulation operations, and operational analytics.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and at least one analytical tool such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate data inconsistencies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and learn quickly in a remote technical environment.
- Internship, university project, or early-career experience with engineering or industrial datasets is beneficial.
